Introduction
We are Citizens Advocating Resources for Education (I-CARE), developed through the efforts of residents involved in the legislative task force for the school district. The group will work to keep the community involved and informed about issues important to local public schools. We welcome citizen participation.
The group’s first event of 2005
was a community forum with legislators , held on Thursday,
February 10th.
Parents, concerned citizens and school staff attended and
voiced concerns about education
issues, particularly funding issues.
